Food is consistent, service is horrible. Waitresses walk right past you, they don't care if you haven't been waited on, if it's not their table, they don't even make eye contact. Only a few good ones, maybe three out of the many that have been there awhile. Managers could care less about anything that goes wrong. They treat you like you owe them something. I guess collecting a paycheck is all that's important to them. Too bad I live in a small town and only have a few choices. Tables always half cleaned

Have noticed over the last month or so that the service at the Harrison, Ohio site is slipping again. Even when the establishment isn't busy, there is a long time period between the time a person is seated and a waitress comes to take order. Food is often delivered to the table luke warm to cold and order is often not correct. Salad bar is most often not continuously stocked or refilled. Service is generally now poor, again. Management needs to step up and correct this!

Great food and service. Eric, bacon is always greasy. If your bacon isnt usually greasy, your not eating bacon.

Went for breakfast meeting, breakfast bar had cold no flavor eggs, overdone chicken, cold tater tots. Greasy bacon. Coffee excellent as usual.

As a restaurant it's has friendly and easy service, great food for a low cost with the amazing and very fresh soup and salad bar (self-service), also a very tidy and clean place with nice relaxing atmosphere, and last order to table time it's very important and they are doing well at getting it to the table in a timely fashion with it looking delicious. As a previous cook there for almost two years I can tell you the rules are that the customer always tastes the food with their eyes firs and quality of products is way more important than time it's made 😊 hast makes wast and do it slow and correct the first time then you will not have to worry about having to redo it a second time...... But also as a former employee I would strongly discourage and one from getting a job there it is know to be a under staffed and hostile work environment 😖
