Our attorneys work quickly and efficiently to provide cost-effective representation to families and business professionals as trusted counselors and courtroom advocates. Our firm concentrates on business litigation, non-compete agreements, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice so that we can develop the expertise necessary to best serve you.

We have over 30 years of experience in corporate litigation and criminal prosecution, which we use to represent our clients in the toughest, most complex disputes. We are a small firm by choice. Our team personally handles every case that is referred to our office.

Our office is located in the historic Old Southwest neighborhood of Roanoke within walking distance of the Richard H. Poff United States Couthouse. We serve families throughout Virginia, including Blacksburg, Roanoke, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, Richmond, and Northern Virginia.
