i have a service from frito lay at my business. some time i run out from big bags. i buy 3 or 4 bags of lays from out side grocery store. frito lay delivery comes and take out my product from frito lay shelfs and put on other grocery shelfs. i asked him these product from your company why your taking out from shelf his answer was you did not bought from me.its is my place my business and i am selling there product in my store. i am giving a business to frito lay. how come there employees  treat retailer like this.

I agree with MAC! The warehouse is full of salesman and their managers and I can not talk to a human no matter what I dialed. Its amazing for a fortune 500 company to have a phone service like this. I guess they can conduct business like this since they have a monopoly on the chip market!

Horrible Staff? Or safe to say, way-too under staffed. Being a new retailer, I've been trying to reach them for a week now. Try selecting 0 (zero) option and NO Operator for reach! Called 10 different times during each of those consecutive days.

NO Sales department listing (I still can't believe it)! NO Directory assistance. NOT even Customer-Service support. Basically, seems like they don't want anymore business. lol, unbelievable!

This distributor center leaves poor impression on me for the corporate FRITO-LAY. How is it that they are still in business?

I wish my retail city location (Rosemead) was covered by La Mirada distributor or someone else.
