As a college student, this place was easy for me to just go around the corner and get food but lately the customer service sucks. They hire people who aren't even experienced in customer service. The girl who got pizza for my boyfriend and I just mumbled the whole time. She didn't even seem like she wanted to be there and when we finished ordering, my boyfriend tells her to have a good day and thanks her for the service(which wasn't great). Of course, instead of being polite and saying it back, like your suppose to. She ignored us and turned her back towards us and starts talking to the other workers. I know not everyone is perfect but this was just plain rude.

Customer service is a complete joke at this place. How can a mix of wings possibly be 13 drumsticks and only 2 flats? Smh absolutely terrible! Not once were there any solution offered to fix the problem. What happened to the customer is right.

Horrible customer service! Always takes longer then they say. Wings are always dry, and prices are expensive. Would not reccomend at all

We walked into Froggers to grab a menu so we could decide on what to eat and the employee at the desk didn't greet us but instead she told us in a rude tone to re-park our car, even though we just were stopping for a short time. We do NOT plan on coming back to Froggers because of the rude service.
