 The receptionist was excellent and customer service oriented. She was more than helpful. However, the company system is very slow. I just signed a contract with them, however, i don't know about their efficiency after then.

Hands down the worst internet service I have ever dealt with. Constant problems, pay for speeds that you don't get and no customer service. They have a strangle hold on the area especially arbuckle. Don't have enough time or energy to list all of the things I hate about Frontier. Cannot believe they are in business at all.

I wish I had 4 thumbs so I could give frontier 4 thumbs DOWN. Talk about highway robbery. Good luck doing anything with this magnificent service of a whopping 80KB upload speed and the 24MBit service you pay for will be throttled down to 5Mbit. I thought that was illegal. Not for frontier it aint!.

Service disruptuons constantly and when they finally get a tech out 2 weeks later issues left unresolved because no one knows what they are doing!! AVOID them if you can!

Worst internet provider ever, wifi connects to all devices but literally can not do anything, all we get are loading signs on our videos, internet pages and god forbid being able to play on my xbox one, Frontier is the only option in Arbuckle , Ca.  :( :(
