Have been getting my Jeep serviced here for the last 6 years....the service department personnel are always courteous and friendly and I've only had to wait longer than an hour on one occasion, when they had to wait for a new oil pan plug to arrive from OKC. Their prices are competitive and they send me a reminder email when it's time to get my oil changed.....I love that!

Frontier is great to work with, needed some service warranty work done and Joe in the service department went above and beyond! If you need service work do not hesitate to contact Frontier....excellent service!! (and Kudos to Joe...thank you!)

i had a great experience purchasing my vehicle but the service department has been terrible every since my 2nd oil change... I've had the same issue for months & it's still not resolved ...

From the salesperson to the finance, they all were professional. They all treated us like long lost friends. I've used the service department for many years and always very pleased with them

I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T BUY FROM FRONTIER DODGE IN EL RENO!!! In March of this year I bought a 2015 Dodge 3500 from this place. BRUCE HOFFMAN was my salesman and is an OUTSTANDING person and very helpful. There was a message in the system on the truck that read " Air Suspension System needs serviced." My wife and I took the truck back the NEXT day and the service department was unable to fix the problem because they didn't know how!! The truck had 188 miles on the odometer when I bought it, it currently has 39,000 miles. The original warranty has expired and I was told that since the truck was considered NEW instead of USED because it had never been tagged that the vehicle would be under the previous warranty which was 5 years-50,000 miles...THAT WAS A LIE. So I take the truck to BOB HOWARD DODE in Oklahoma City to get the AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM fixed because FRONTIER DODGE is INCOMPENTENT and couldn't fix the issue the NEXT day after I bought the truck. Now to make a long story short the module that controls the AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM had a short in it. BOB HOWARD DODGE called Chrysler and ask them to use the "GET WELL CLAUSE" to pay to for the parts and labor. The total charge was $463.15 and Chrysler is going to pay $ 213.15 and wants me to pay a $250.00 deductible. So I called and talked to BRUCE NOFF who is the Sales Manager at FRONTIER DODGE in EL RENO and he REFUSED to pay the difference of $250 because he said I had an opportunity to get the truck fixed before the warranty expired. The point is that I did bring the truck back on the SECOND DAY and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS UNABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW!! BRUCE NOFF WAS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND NOT WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. FRONTIER DODGE DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD AND PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. GO TO BOB HOWARD DODGE IN OKLAHOMA CITY AND THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!!
