Over promise and Under Delivers... No pun intended! The reviews are accurate with offering 5-7 day lead times and completing between 15-17 days.  BEWARE of additional charges incurred after your items are picked up. Take Pictures of all items shipped and weights for documentation! First and Last Time my company will partner with Frontline Freight.

Horrible service waited a week for them to pick up item then they say it has to be fully inclosed in a crate.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!   Beyond unprofessional!! I have been dealing with different freight companies for close to 20 years now and never had such bad service like this.  They don't tell you when they are going to deliver nor are they reliable enough to deliver on there initial estimate date. They delivered a week late.  

The driver  lacks any type of social manners or skills was rude and lazy.  He refused to put the pallets in the proper place than after talking to dispatch and agreed that we, the customer  would push them into the store ourselves, instead of leaving them on the street (which was an extra 2 feet) the driver took off with the pallets without even telling us. While driving by with our pallets the driver turned to us and began to laugh.  This was followed up by the company charging an extra fee of over a hundred dollars for storage fees because they claim they kept it that day!! Total scam!!!

Horribly inaccurate freight times and they consolidate freight aka they hold it until they feel like delivering it . Terrible and inconsistent, not a good company to use if you like your customers and want to keep them happy.
