Purchased two gelatos here. First of all we came here because we had seen them at a wedding event and wanted to know more information but the girls weren’t friendly and very unhelpful. We probably should have left but we got two gelatos. The my friend got salted caramel, I got the dark cherry. Well she bit down on something and hurt herself and spit out 3 pieces of plastic that was in her gelato. By that time we had already left so I called the shop to let the girls know and they didn’t know how that could have happened but didn’t offer a refund just another scoop. Not coming back and definitely not using them for the event.
Large variety of ice creams & gelato to select from. The quality and the quantity are both pretty great. The staff was very humble and professional.Food: 5/5
Ice cream Flavors were numerous, staff allow you to try as many flavors as you want, although after a while you forget the initial flavor you started with so just do your Favs. The staff are helpful, respectful and the place is clean and cozy. Great place to get Gelato if you're craving great desert. It also not expensive!!!
Always stop by here if I'm in the area. Great dessert and reasonably priced. The dishes for gelato might seem small but you'll get satisfied from the richness of it all. My personal favorite flavor is their lotus cookie. Haven't found another gelato that tops it. There is limited seating so I find it best to take it and eat while walking around the area.
It was good ice cream, I couldn't tell a difference between their gelato and good ice cream though. I'd come back and try more flavors, what I tried was good. I wish their flavor menu sign was updated to show only the varieties that were actually offered. Clean inside, staff was mostly friendly.
Ice cream or gelato was ok. Nothing special about it but a good cold dessert that I would come for again. My low star review is because of the bad service, or lack thereof! My wife, two kids, and I were here a few minutes before making this review. We were served by a boy and a girl who seem to be either highschool students or freshmen at college. They need a ton of education on customer service. The boy specifically was making comments and he and the girl were having a good laugh after every question we asked! If they were not that age, I would have taken care of the situation well. I decided not to because of their age. I doubt every customer who would be faced with such bad manners from the staff here, would respond the same way! I urge the owner to take care of this by teaching their staff some manners and some basics on customer service!
All of I have to say about FROST is go if you haven't! It's by far the best gelato I've ever had. Tons of flavors, you can taste as many as you want, price is right, staff is great. My favorite flavor, the spice chocolate is seasonal. The cayenne lingers on after swallowing. Unbelievable! Seasonal is a bummer but it certainly is something to eat over and over when available. So so good!
Best gelato I've had outside of Italy. A lot of places don't do pistachio well--their's was so good! They passed my test, and i really like the bonus crispy, wafer cookie they add to each cup.
SUPER GOOD! Some of the coolest and best flavors in town. Great location with fun and helpful staff. A great summer time spot for all ages. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area.
Pretty good gelato, I personally got the espresso and coconut. The espresso had a very rich coffee flavor and the coconut was light and refreshing. Overall good ambiance and good music volume.
