Terrible service. The 1st time I had my families RX's transferred to Fruth they gave my 15 year old daughter my mothers cancer medication/pain pills by "mistake". I call at 10am today to get 5 refills. I tell them i'll be there in an hour. Three hours later I arrive. Refills still are not ready. I am told to come back in 2 hours. I ask to have them delivered. They did not inform me I had a once a year co pay due. When driver showed up 4 hours later, he will not give me "any" of my medication because I do not have the co pay. I was told they will not bring the blood thinner back. The driver went home. It was past his clock out time. I hope I do not die from a blood clot.

I have been using Fruth pharmacy for my grandsons ADHD medications for the last few months. Until today when i was informed by the pharmacists that the medication that should have been Foclin was replaced with a cholesterol medication in September. The excuse i was given was that the two bottles set close to one another. therefore, it is apparent that no one is watching the medications that are being given to children.
My grandson has multiple healthy issues, and when you replace a medication like Foclin with a cholesterol medication by accident, there is no excuse for this mess up. What type of pharmacy makes such an extensive medication error? and their response was "We are sorry"
