I don't normally shop this location, but it's a typical Fry's Food store. It appeared clean enough, and the aisles were neat. Signage could use improvement. I specifically went in for body wash, but the aisle wasn't clearly marked and only called out baby care supplies. Not sure if this is an indicator of the rest of the store. However, a clerk was able to politely point me in the right direction. Also shopped here for gas since I had fuel rewards points that saved me $0.30/gal, so the perks help create loyalty. Plus, there really aren't other competitors within a few miles radius.

What a nightmare. Just bought a house nearby...stopped at 5pm New Year's Eve. Shopped for 20 minutes and got to the deli. Waited 20 more minutes with 1 foul mouthed young clerk at the counter who wouldn't wait on any of the 6 people standing there. Asked a cashier at the checkout to get some help at the deli. When I returned he cursed my husband and I out and called security. We continued to finish shopping (without lunchmeat) with 2 security guards 5 feet behind us through the checkout and all of the way to our vehicle. I have never experienced anything like this. I will not return and am so very disappointed.

Big store with everything. Customers are nice and employees happy to help. Payroll checks can be cashed with few exceptions,  Customer Service with many windows  has a design to help as many customers during heavy traffic. Plenty of space. Feels like a real grocery store. A person that appreciates aesthetic value a will as the price i can can walk the length of the building during a shopping visit on Sunday and look forward to shopping again on Monday

Fry's is a well stocked grocery store.  It has a deli, flower area, bakery and foods from all areas.  It is clean and we'll stocked.  The staff are really helpful and courteous.  There are several in town and there prices are good.

Personall are very unfriendly.  Especially the line at customer service where you only have one teller trying to resolve everyone's issues.  Worse of all,  the one and only teller holding down customer service is older than a dinosaur,  and slower than a 🐢 turtle!!!!  My last visit at customer service i spent over 45 minutes to be served. Why wait? I had made up my mind that my business would be taken care of no matter how much time i had to spend.  My business was money orders and purchasing a full chocolate cake for my son's birthday!!! Had many problems with a half black woman who told me that she was half Vietnamese,  and that her husband was a lazy disabled guy and she had to take care of all the family affairs,  plus that her other love was the casino and how much money she makes everytime that she goes to this casino..  At one point,  even inviting me to meet her at the casino on some weekend.  When i told her that i was a very happily married man!!! She had what looked like to me as a asthmatic attack..  I do not  go to Fry's food store to hear about women's hard luck with their husbands,  or to try and make dates at casino's.  Once I was in line with  my wife  and she has the nerve to tell me that I was a very good looking man.  This same half black /half Vietnamese lady would use this type of ethic at her job.  Yes,  fry's at 1st and Grant or Euclid and Grant which i will never return to because of this lady's work ethics and for keeping these dinosaurs by the name of Dottie at the customer service lines...  If you believe that the customer is right?  Then you need to make a couple of changes , and clean up this store...  Thx for your understanding and hopefully i can return to my favorite fry's food store.. May God bless us all.... Amen...
