The pharmacists are nice enough I guess. However, every time I go in there they are out of a script I need, a different one every time pretty much. Also, they like to tell me that my insurance is expired even though I have my insurance people on the phone telling me the insurance is valid until next year. There is also one younger asian woman there that doesnt seem to know what is going on. I don't like having to deal with her because I know nothing will be accomplished when I do.

Lied to me about medication process so I called my doctor and had to drive back so they could help me. When I told them I called my doctor the pharmacist guy said said oh she didnt know I was getting the prescription ready after she sent me away. They knee they were wrong when my doctor said I was right....that is so wrong

Called in for refill 5 days ago, called on the 4th day to follow up, was informed it wouldn't be ready until the 5th day. Still wasn't ready. The nice gentleman behind the counter worked to get it filled right away. Went to go pay and said insurance was expired, it wasn't. Been coming here for over a year and this was the worse experience I've had. I did get upset with the nice gentleman trying to help, but it wasn't his fault. I blame management, they are grossly understaffed.

Poor customer service, rude woman at the drive through today, & a ridiculously long wait time for reoccurring monthly medication refills!! I have been going to Fry's Pharmacy for several years & never experienced so many issues with a prescription refill as I have with this location. When I initially filled my child's Prescription, I was advised that it would be several days because they only keep enough on hand to fill the previous patients prescriptions. I was assured that the next month, the pharmacist would include my child's refill in the order. The next 2 months, it again took several days to fill because the medication needed to be ordered. Now they tell me to always drop it off on Monday so his will be included in the order. Because today is Tuesday, I can not pick it up until a week from Wednesday.  8 days is ridiculous!! Forget it, I will take my business across the street to CVS where they will do a same day refill.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have been let down by them way too many times. This place is a mess. Most of their employees have no customer service skills whatsoever. No one seems to care.
