Locally owned and operated since 1982, Fudpucker's has become famous for its great food, world famous t-shirts and fun atmosphere that appeals to young and old alike. The name "Fudpucker's" comes from a nick-name that local deckhands used when referring to the Triggerfish. Of course, even people who have never been to Fudpucker's have probably seen the name on one of the "World Famous" Fudpucker T-shirts. From the very beginning, the name has attracted a lot of attention, and although it has now just about become a household word, it can still inspire a smile or a laugh. Fudpucker's is committed to making your visit a good one so that you'll want to tell your friends about it and you'll want to come back again and again. So relax, enjoy yourself and have a good time. That's what it's all about!

Great feel. The young gentleman who sat my wife was an ass. He refused to seat her because 4 members from out party wasn't there just yet. Our buzzer was going off. He should probably find a new job. Not dealing with people. We did have an amazing server named Autumn. She was very patient and helpful as well as a sense of humor. I had the  gator nuggets and fries. Very good. Also tried the voodoo magic mixed drink. Very good. Price was fair for the area. It's a hot spot so it gonna cost a bit. 6 of us ate for under $100. I will go back in the future.

Favorite restaurant of the trip so far! I loved the atmosphere of the building. We had a 30 min wait but there is tons of stuff to look at while you wait like live gators and an arcade. The place is freaking huge with three levels with bright colors everywhere. The food was great and the service was even better. 12/10

Great food, awesome wait staff variety of foods to choose from. Drink specials and large ( bucket sized ).. Alligator museum while you wait for a table, pictures with a baby gator, you can feed the gators. Next to it is an arcade fun fun.... They also have an outside bar area, and stage for dancing. Moderately priced and sometimes up to an hour wait worth it though.

My husband and I went here for dinner during our honeymoon, the outside of the restaurant is awesome and the alligators were certainly cool to look at. Upon arrival we her a server complaining to a hostess about not receiving a tip on a check. Okay, I get it, I’ve been a server that sucks. Then what do you know? This is our server. 

Looking at the menu immediately I notice the prices are crazy high and the cost of drinks is outrageous compared to the several other places we’d tried during our visit. 

My husband and I both order drinks. I just recently turned 21 in the last couple of weeks and in TN they issue paper ID’s until your hard plastic arrives in the mail. Mine hadn’t arrived prior to us leaving town. The server tells me paper IDs require manager approval, okay no big deal, the manager comes back and refuses to serve me. AGAIN, no big deal. My husband gets his drink and let’s me have a SIP to try it. I then continued drinking my water. Within seconds the server comes up and SNATCHES the drink out of my husbands hand and says they have to confiscate it because I had a drink of it. Excuse me? Mind you, I have a valid ID and an expired ID to prove the numbers are the same, and clearly this is not a fake. And I had ONE SIP from MY HUSBANDS drink. It isn’t like I chugged the thing or he ordered it for me. 

Overall, the servers attitude was poor from the first impression and she was extremely rude in removing the drink from my husband. They lost a table and customers who will never be back.

This is very obviously a place to expect a high level of tourist activity (myself being one).

The food was certainly good, but as with any tourist high capacity location - the prices were outrageous for food quality you can get elsewhere for less, drink prices were pretty steep, and the wait was around 2 hours. We chose to sit at the bar which, still busy as expected, also took a bit of time for service. All in all it is what you would expect a place as this would be. The gator attractions were neat, but definitely will be more interesting for a younger crowd. 

If you have children and are fine with the above expectations - go for it! There's even an arcade next door for  them. If otherwise, you may consider other options such as those with live entertainment or considerable food ratings.
