Story

Fuel is a full service hair salon, specializing in haircuts, color and color corrections. Our salon professionals are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to each guest. Along with haircare services, we also specialize in makeup and natural nail services. A large selection of today's best haircare and styling products are offered in our store, including Redken, Pureology, Moroccanoil, Keratin Complex and more. They come with complimentary prescription from our stylists.

This is not the first time it's happened:
I called a head of time (2:50PM) and asked if they were taking any more walkin. The lady said both of the stylists will be done at 3:30PM with their previous clients so get their beforehand. I walked into the salon at 3:07, and the lady at the front said they wouldn't have time. I explained that I called before hand and she said I really needed to make an appointment. calling ahead when the stylists are free, and letting them know I will be there isn't an appointment? 
She was extremely rude when I was telling her what I wanted done to my hair, I am a scientist not a hairstylist so I can't say I'm well versed in hair, or I would be stylist. I just needed some highlights to breakup the solid color. SIMPLE description. It was 3:15 and she told me both stylists would be done at 3:30.... the salon closes at 5:00PM aka no one wanted to work and I had to make an appointment. 

AKA don't be a walkin they won't like you, don't call ahead of time they won't like you. AND don't try to explain what you want done to your hair.

I have been going to Fuel for 2 1/2 years every 7 wks without fail. Currently i use Buff. She is amazing, my husband and i both use her. I will warn you that she takes a ton of time, probably more than needed but i would rather her take all the time she needs to listen to me and make sure its right then rush. Make sure you don't have to be anywhere. But i love fuel and the staff and the atmosphere. Its Amazing!!

Didn't like the cut, the style, the color, the highlights and Definitely did not like the price!  WOW, this is not Redken in Manhattan.  Will never go back.
