John and Colleen are hands down some of the greatest property managers that we have ever had! They were always very prompt in addressing any of our needs or concerns. There was even 1 month that we were going to be a few days late paying rent and they waived the late fee as an early Christmas gift (since we normally paid on time)! 

If it were not for the fact that we are moving out of state we would continue to rent from them for sure! Their prices are reasonable and our unit(duplex) was well maintained.

I've been in association with this company since Oct. 2014, and I have never had a more enjoyable interaction with a property management company. During this time, I have gone through stressful life events, but Ms. Colleen and Mr. John have always been flexible and available to meet my housing needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but especially to PCS'ing military personnel.

The lady and gentlemen who run this company are unprofessional and rude. They make careless mistakes and honestly do not seem to care at all about the people they work for. Great Falls has a lot of good businesses and friendly people, Full House Property is not one of them.

I moved from NY with my family. I had no way to come and take a look into the apartment but I needed it anyway. All the rental process was completed online and over the phone. What we got exceeded our expectation. The manager's couple are great people. The maintenance guy is awesome. If you are renting from them, you will never regret. Five stars are too few to rate them compared to their service.

Homeowners run. I hired them to manage my rental property because I lived out of state. They were pretty lazy overall, but my biggest issue with them was the way i was treated. I know another family who had the same experience and has now switched companies as well. They are rude, rude, unprofessional people who get very defensive out of nowhere. I also just had to resolve a tax issue with the IRS because they filed thier taxes wrong.
