I felt refreshed and relaxed after floating! I went into the experience a little nervous and skeptical because I have a hard time being still and meditating. First of all the rooms are beautiful!! The informational video and education from the staff  on what to expect  was extremely beneficial and helped me through my first float! I am a dentist and I went in with pain and inflammation in my knees, wrist and neck and felt the sensation of those areas relaxing during the float. I was groggy the rest of the day as they told me I would be for my first float but woke up with an amazing amount of energy, clarity and drive the next day!! I can't wait to try more and think the benefits will just keep getting better with practice! This will help be reduce the anxiety and physical ailments form my job. Love it

I floated for my first time at Full Spectrum Float the other day, it was totally different than anything I have done before.  The intro you watch before you float was very helpful - I took the advice and counted slowly to 300 when I started the session and before I knew it the time was up.  Very relaxing and a good way to check out for a bit.  I will definetly come back to try again.

Complete relaxation.  Clean, calm atmosphere and a great way to unwind.  I would highly recommend experiencing a state of nirvana here.

People are extremely friendly and, very informative. My float was relaxing and seem to fly by, which surpised me. I would recommend this place to everyone!
