Horrendous customer service. Walked in, initially very impressed with size of supplier, cleanliness, and organization. Ordered over the phone, came into the store and waited 30 minutes in line, only to be told to go get a paper from shipping, 15 feet away from the counter, then told to go back to counter, and counter pushed me to the back of the line again. “That’s just the way it is”. What kind of Mickey Mouse inefficient operation is going on in here? To be fair I don’t blame the supplier, but Hispanic buddy at counter needs an attitude adjustment and lesson in service, and to get that chip off his shoulder.
As I always say, if there’s one place I know I can go to get all of my supplies one shot from rough in to finishing, custom orders, help visualizing items, exploring new products, and pick up desk, you’re all the best and I’m usually leaving with a smile on my face, if not, Henry will be cracking a joke with Javier to lighten the mood! John is always helpful and clear to work with. The whole Paul Wolf counter team and office have all been a good reason to keep coming! If you liked this review, let me know and hit “like”!
I wish there was a way I could give less than one star I'm doing a job next door and I decided to go here to grab the little things if there's three people online and five cashiers it will take you at least 20 minutes to get something and the hispanic guy with the tattoos on his arm was speaking down to me so much I've been in the electrical industry for 13 years and I've never had a supplier talk to me this way I even tried speaking Spanish to him to see if he would treat me any better he was the definition of rude
I was there to buy some light bulbs and fan force heater so I ask man work at service counter a price for light bulbs, he goes to me where do you think you are home depot. I really was shocked.
This place doesn't respect customers. Avoid!! Don't trust the sales reps at the counter. When you buy they take your money easy but when you try to bring it back they make they will ask for 50% restocking fee, when I specifically asked before purchasing few sample potlights for a customer to see, they told me there will be no problem to return as long as you have a receipt.

I really enjoy dealing with the the staff ,they are very knowledgeable and have a very good selection of product in stock. Whenever I need something they usually have it or can locate it quickly. Have been a customer for over 20 yrs and would recommend them to anyone.
Very bad experience as a new customer. Very hard to deal to open account with them. Strictly asked you to provide your SIN on the application form!!! Such an incredibly difficult company to deal with. The staff is always miserable. I would recommend to the top of management of this company to come as undercover boss and check the customer service there. I am really do not understand how this company is survived on Canadian market with so bad attitudes. AVOID when possible.
This place caters to contractors but I've always been treated well even though I'm just a homeowner. A great place to find hard to find light bulbs odd sizes, small halogen bulbs, etc. at reasonable prices. I've also purchased a few bathroom exhaust fans through this company and they're super powerful and quiet.
I called and asked if they had parts in stock or of they needed to be ordered. George said that they have so many parts he could not look and to e-mail him. So I did. And followed up a week later. It is now three weeks later and nothing. Got the parts in three days from a different supplier. Go anywhere else.
