Beside the District Attorney, there are 4 Assistant District Attorney's responsible for various courts throughout the County.

I actually thought I was the only one until I ran across these reviews. My son was killed over 2 years ago. In 2 years I have received 2 phone calls. And BOTH ATTORNEYS have done nothing but lied to me. 1 call over a year ago, and the 2nd call the attorney told me he would call me in a week. I ASKED HIM was he sure it would be a week, 2 weeks or a month. He assured me 1 week. This was last year. They use to text me which is so disappointing & disrespectful to someone who’s lost their only child. And the DA had the nerve to tell me he understood because his brother was killed at a gas station. So I felt compelled that he really understood & would not lie to me. The other Attorney use to TEXT ME but would NEVER RESPOND back to my text. If he did it would be WEEKS or MONTHS LATER. I can’t even move forward with my life, because of this. They all need to be replaced. Really makes me feel like because my son was a black man, that I’m not getting no response. This is so disrespectful.

As the rest of the reviews said, they are only concerned and only politically motivated with the cases that will get them the most votes. Despite contrary belief the office does not seem to serve justice or look after the community at all.  If one has a case with this State's DA office, it will just be drag to oblivion, and your entire life church serving, employment, and marriage etc anything requiring background checks will be put on hold, being confined to this State to what seems to be an uncertain forever.

No one understand why they arrested the police officer because of me except make an arrest the suspect is the officers weapon ran away I started crying at the office while it happened. This is pretty much standard textured procedure for any offers ever had is working yesterday a.m. Atlanta says the officer was in the wrong because the officer shot the suspect and should have let him run away but it’s just so wrong it appears that the district attorney is up for reelection and this was purely political that’s a shame

My case has been pending coming up on a year now. I call up here time and time again. My life is of pause because you people have zero communication.

I've been waiting for 21/2 years to go to court now.Not sure why an aggressive assault case can go om hold for so long..I've been calling for the past 21/2 years trying to get a date.the customer service lady it's no help at all!! I have have property I'm also trying to get back...This is ridiculous!

Fani Willis is the worst DA in the country. She uses tax payer dollars to feed her hunger for power. Justice doesn’t matter to her, only her portrayed image does.

waiting on a phone call or a mail regarding my case and nothing going on 2 years call no answer and when they do answer is just pure attitude

It's time to VOTE Paul Howard and his band of guerillas out of the Fulton County DA's office.  I called this office December 15, 2014. I spoke with ADA Jeff WALKER.  He told me this case was closed.  The very next day, less than 24 hours later, a "grand jury reviewed and indicted" this fraud under a new case number. Attorney Lisa Webb Wannamaker of Coleman TalleyLLP lied and had a Union City Police Officer lie to a judge.  Attorney Lisa Wannamaker went to the Union City Police and filed a fraudulent police report on October 9, 2012. She filed under penalty of perjury that I had stolen company property and money. They could have had me served for court.  I could have gone before a misdemeanor judge in Union City and presented proof that I did not steal company property or money. That, in fact, I had mailed all company belongings via certified mail.  I still have the fax confirmations showing that Attorney Lisa Wannamaker and Cinnamon Willis of Ambling Property Management received the USPS tracking confirmation number.  They received the company belongings on October 12, 2012.  DA Paul Howard and his guerrillas have allowed this lie to ruin my career and fester in their courts for YEARS.  I notified the clerk's office of my change of address.  I filed documents in court.  The clerk's office mailed my court date to the wrong address.  The judge in the case signed a warrant for my arrest.  I recorded the call with the clerk's office.  They received their letter back citing the incorrect address.  They didn't inform the judge.  I am not going to call the court house everyday for a court date.  It should have been mailed to the correct address which they had. The clerk's should have informed the judge that despite having the correct address filed in court, they mailed the court date to the wrong address.  Fulton County has ruined my life.  Paul Howard and that entire staff must go!

Tried to give you no stars, but 1 is the best I could do.  Reason for 1 star:  Rayshard Brooks case.  What a bold face liar you are.
