These clerks will really tell you to just go ahead and miss your court appointment and to come back the next day. It'll literally suspend your license and/or have a warrant out for your arrest. Who hired these people ?
show up at 12:40 to get a copy of my DBA… no one in line, told to come back at 2PM as they’re taking a lunch break from 1-2PM.... it’s a hit or miss here…generally happy though
This is not Fulton Superior Court. I was told that there are clerks in the building that work for the court, but this is not the court. If you want to go to the actual courthouse, you have to look up "Superior Court of Fulton" on Google to get the right address. Pro Tip: They're ~30 minutes apart from each other. So why is this location named Fulton Superior Court at all then? Why doesn't anyone in government care about public information being timely and accurate??
BEWARE OF MONEYPAK SCAM! Someone from this phone number called me yesterday impersonating a “Deputy Donaldson.” He told me there was a warrant out for my arrest and that I had to come to this location to pay a $5000 fine. I’m sharing this review in hopes that I can prevent someone else from falling victim. Be careful !
You are required to be here at 8am. However, the building opens at 8:30am. This building has no air conditioning in the jury room. They apologize while you wait in the steaming heat. There is no parking. The parking area is sketchy and run down. The whole process takes time. You will wait in line for about 45 minutes to get registered.....Overall, this is the worst experience ever.
I have never been to a government site that had people so helpful and friendly! They actually seem happy to help and not filled with contempt by you! I was there twice last month and each time, the people there were so helpful and happy to do so!!!
I have never been there but there is an automated system that if you wait for an operator, after about 5 minutes of holding on it disconnects the call.
HORRIBLE! No knowledge, no interest in assisting the public, incorrect information given just to get off phone.
Are you kidding me? They don't even pick up the phone! Useless. Typical of Fulton County. After sitting on hold for 6 minutes with the same message repeating over and over, it hung up on me.
Came to get my passport the lady was very rude. Unacceptable!!
