This place is the worst medical facility I have been to. First there is no privacy in the dirty Er. There are no call lights, no where to wash hands. The dr that wrote the rx only signed his name. He didn't write is License number on the rx and it is federal law to provide that information. When I pointed that out to Norman Davis and the risk manger (I was never told her name) I was told that they don't need to provide that information becaise someone could make a copy of the script and forge narcotics. That is the most bs I have ever heard. There are safegaurds in place that make copying a prescription imposible. Then when we left the er they refused to take my insurance information and refused to bill my insurance because we lived out of state. When I arrived home to Michigan I looked in my insurance handbook and discovered that out of state emergency services are covered. So I called to talk to Norman Daivs about it. I got his voicemail so I called the billing department. That is where things got worse.  I have never been treated so poorly by medical professionals. The only person that I think highly of is a receptionist named Sue who anwsered the phone and was able to calm me down. I was sobbing when she anwsered the phone. I had just been hung up on by a woman named Angel in the billing deparment. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone. She has very poor customer service skills and should not be working in a job where she has to talk to people. Sue was very helpful and friendly. She calmed me down and took my information and reported the employee who was so rude to me. As I was writing thos Mr. Davis called me back to tell me that they can't bill my insurance because it will not be paid. He kept comparing my daughters insurance and situation to other peoples insurance (people that were out of state but not from Michigan). Saying that he knew it won't be covered because this and this state didn't pay for services.  I am waiting to here back from the hospital administrator. I will be telling her all my concerns and complaining about the rude employees. I will update my post when I hear back.

This ER is a joke, dishonest RNs sitting around clucking about private patient information for all to hear. While patients sit in waiting rooms for hours on end. Dont go here if you have any type of pain as ibproffen and antibiotics is all they prescribe. Shut it down already.

I went in for outpatient surgery and had a positive experience. The RNs were friendly and helpful throughout the time I was there. One checked on me during my procedure and kept my daughter informed. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I admit I was hesitant in choosing this hospital but my doctor assured me it would be fine. He was right. Local hospital was certainly more convenient for us. I would not hesitate to go here again for outpatient surgery.

I only gave 5 stars because my doctor was amazing, he was very nice and kind! My nurse Tammy was alright as well but the other nurse was rude and very unkind!! And Jordon the Guy who did my cat scan was so rude and started rasing his voice at me because I was asking questions. I came to the ER because I tripped over my dog and fell down the steps I hurt my neck collar bone and my ribs! Well I was getting a cat scan with contrast! Jordon gave me the contrast and did his scan but then proceeded to give me more contrast, I asked him why he screamed at me and said I could refuse if I wanted I said no but I have the right to ask questions! He finished my scan just being rude and unkind! Never had a bad experience in this hospital till today and it's very upsetting
