They are moving. Nice new location. Nice store. Ridiculously unfriendly unhelpful folks. Yes they are in the middle of a move. But still a really bad indicator regarding customer service. I hope they treat you better than they treated me. So unnecessary. By the way, they are welcome for updating Google Maps for the new address and pin location. The edit is effective immediately.

They have great service! My bike was repaired in Avery timely manner. Very attentive and competent staff. Their bike collection is also very good. Definitely would come back in the future for my biking needs!

Bought a Trek Silque based on Brian's recommended for ladies with my short stature and how comfortable of a ride the bike is. Stated his wife has the same bike. Since then, my husband bought his Trek there as well. We've always had great service from Brian and his staff.
