I own a Trampoline Training gym where we train freestyle skiers and snowboarders how to do flips and tricks on trampolines prior to moving the tricks to the snow.  I had ordered a replacement tramp bed from Fun Spot, they took my money quick enough, and was told that I receive my bed in two weeks.  14 days later I called to find out the shipping date and discover that they have not even started the bed.  They stated that they sent me an E-Mail stating this, but going through my junk mail and my inbox there was not one email from FunSpot except the receipt of purchase.  I asked to have the e-mail resent, it never was and from that point I was unable to get through to them until I called from a phone # that was from a different state than I live in.  

FunSpot Trampoline is one of the most unprofessional company’s I have ever dealt with, and I would recommend using a different company for your trampoline needs.

I ordered mats, pads and springs for my son's trampoline. I like the friendliness of the website which makes it very easy to select the trampoline parts of correct dimentions. Ordering process on the website is quite easy to understand. Trampoline parts delivered by Fun Spot Trampolines was superb and on time. Customer services was excellent. I'm very happy with the services of Fun Spot Trampolines and i will definately recommend to my friends.

Thank you Funspot! I received my safety pads very quickly (US to OZ) and they are brilliant quality - I doubt they will ever need replacing. You certainly get what you pay for and these are worth every cent! The pads I originally had with my trampoline were so poor quality that a few months in the hot Queensland sun and they were torn to pieces like flimsy paper. These ones are very strong, the padding inside feels firm and thick and the tie downs are also very good quality. I have recommended Funspot to my friends and relatives. Thanks so much!
