My mother passed away and we went to them for arrangements. The lady sounded nice and helpful. But what we got was disturbing. We picked out a package deal and spoke with her about what my mother had wanted and what we wanted. We told her that we could not make the final decision till tomorrow because we need to speak to our siblings about the arrangements. She tells us if we don't make the decision today that the prices go up tomorrow by $1800. She said it was a  corporate decision. We told her to inform her manger that if he wanted our business he would extend the prices till tomorrow. She left and came back with a story that the manger said he does not do that. But will will in our case. NO COMPANY CHANGES PRICE ON A TUESDAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH. IT WAS A SCAM. To get more money out of us. The next day we told her we were taking a package that only had Cremation services and all of a sudden she was unavailable to see us or help us with the paper work. It was because we were only spending $3000 instead of $6000. She told us, "I cant perform miracles in getting your mothers paperwork". When we did get ahold of her she was extremely rude and uncaring about what we wanted. We went to ALL SOULS MORTUARY IN Long Beach,Ca. All souls took care of us and apologized for someone in there business treating us this way after having our mother pass away. On a side note, we still had to pay $495 to funeraria del angel for taking my mother from hospital to there storage site 5 miles away.  *DONT USE THIS MORTUARY* Crooks,Vultures,Uncaring car salesmen.
