We recently hired Funkadelic Food Truck to cater a party for 120 people. They were easy to work with, flexible, professional to help plan the menu and logistics for the party. The food was delicious and presentation was awesome! The portions were plentiful. Even though they cook everything to order, our guests did not have a long wait. The food is fresh and creative! Everyone was so happy. Our guests raved about the food! One of our guests keeps telling us the shrimp sliders were the best he ever had. The burgers were hugely popular and delicious!! Obviously the truck itself is so fun with the awesome art work so that is also a conversation piece. Amanda was awesome to work with. I would absolutely have Funkadelic cater for me again and will always recommend them! My only complaint is that I was so busy I didn’t get to taste everything!

We had Funkadelic Food Truck cater our Christmas party last night. You guys! The food was 184736227849392 / 10. It honestly blew my mind how fabulous the food was. Their staff are prompt, professional, and so easy to work with. If you ever have a chance to try them, do it!! You will not regret it!! We will definitely be having them again!

OH MY GOODNESS. We were pulling in hoping that the Scratch food truck was open. It was not, so we tried the Funkadelic Food Truck and it did NOT disappoint. Food was hot, fresh, and so tasty. Son had a grilled cheese with crab and while he said it was good, it was a little too rich for him. Husband had a quesadilla with all kinds of yummy food in it. I had the O.G. shrimp sliders and they were delicious. Great selection for people who eat seafood and land lubbers alike.

A friend and I came here to eat after a long day and we were so pleased. It is delicious and has fresh seafood caught for their meals. That along with their home made sauce, it was perfect in every way.

Was it too much food? Yes. Did we eat all of it? Yes. Was it the best burger I have ever eaten? Not sure. Can I think of a better burger I have eaten? No. Will we go again? Duh!

Tried the pork belly tacos, unfortunately they only had enough pork belly for one taco so I chose chicken for my second one.  Both were so delicious.  Excellent tasting with fresh ingredients.  Highly recommend this food truck.  Staff was very  enthusiastic and friendly.

I got their catch of the day sandwich, which was blackened swordfish and got it loaded with all the available additions, and my God, was it the best fish sandwich I've ever had. Growing up in a different florida beach town, I've eaten at all sorts of famous beach places, local staples, and bougie restaurants and this food truck blows them all out of the water. 5/5.

This food is phenomenal! My boyfriend and I split the shrimp sliders and their marinated skirt steak grilled cheese they had as a special. Both were so flavorful. The shrimp were huge and tasty. The grilled cheese had some sort of ghost pepper sauce or something on it that added just the right amount of heat. Will definitely be coming back here
