Fur the Love of Pets is a local, family owned grooming salon and pet lovers boutique. We offer cage-free grooming and strive to provide a positive grooming experience for all dogs. We carry fashion collars, leashes, harnesses, training aids, bedding, toys, food & treats, dog apparel and much more. I wish I can give this place no stars at all, because 1 star is way too much. I love dogs and always have had them my entire life... After my 17 year old dog passed away, I decided to get my mother another dog, because she is a dog lover as well, and can't live without them. She took my 1 year old dog there once to try this place out, and wasn't bad, she went again, and had a horrible experience. This dog is 13 months now, he is tiny, and has never bit anyone, in fact, he plays with everyone he meets, or even comes in the house. She got a phone call that he bit the groomer, who my mother said was someone different than the first time, and that they couldn't finish the face... Okay, things happen, you couldn't finish his face, but charge my mother $75 for what?! To shave his body? For God Sakes, This groomer didn't even clip his nails and the top of his head was awful as well, it looked like some middle school child tried to do the job. I couldn't believe how bad of a job they did, as well as not even cutting his nails, I went back to the store, and was treated with disrespect by some lady who came out from the back, and tried to BS me like it was my dogs fault. Lady, he's a puppy, don't BS me, I'm not an 18 year old boy, I wasn't born last night. This puppy bit your groomers hand and drew blood LOL what a joke, he's a 13 month puppy, and this is YOUR JOB. How come the last time my mother went, someone else did the job and did it alone? I know why my dog bit you and that groomer, because you both deserved it. You most likely treated him like sh*t... thankfully the owner gave me back at least $20, she just stood there, but you need to do a better job with who you hire... STAY AWAY!!!!!

We scheduled our three mixed breed dogs for a bath and Linda and her team did a great job! All three were done in less than two hours. Clean, dry and shed free, and they were still thick with winter coat when we brought them in, ears cleaned, toenails trimmed, and smelling so fresh and soft. It is a pleasure to pet their fur again. Cute little bandanas around each collar, and most importantly, the dogs were smiling and not stressed out at all. A great experience, highly recommend, and will be bringing dogs back regularly.
