Two no-show appointments. The first was scheduled for a Friday afternoon 2-5pm. I got a call at 3:30pm saying they couldn't get ahold of the technician so they need to reschedule. I rescheduled for Sunday, 2-5pm. I received the confirmation email with the new appointment time. Sunday rolls around and I did not receive any communication. At 5pm, I tried calling the office and it went straight to voicemail. I called the number that called me Friday for the reschedule...no answer. I called two different numbers on the website...no answer. Finally, I called Amazon, through which I booked the service, and they could not get ahold of the company either. I told Amazon to cancel the appointment and they refunded my money. Amazon even gave me a gift card. Furniture Assembly Experts did not respond to any calls. It seems like it could have been a quick, easy set up, but now, I am left to assemble furniture myself. I suggest letting your customers know you are late or need to reschedule (again) so they don't waste two days waiting for your service. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Do not use this company, ever. I contracted them via amazon services for a patio furniture assembly to occur on Friday, May 12th, between 11 and 2. I contacted them to confirm the appointment two days prior. It was confirmed. On the day of, I received no contact from them. At 2:15, I contacted them to inquire as to the whereabouts of the technician. Samantha said that she did not know when he would be there, nor could she tell me. I told her that this was unacceptable. After several phone calls and wasted time back and forth, she called me back at approximately 2:30 and told me that he would be there within a half hour. A half hour elapsed, and, surprise, no one showed. I called her back--she said that he would be there within another half hour. I told her this was unacceptable and that appointments were made to be kept. I offered her the opportunity to reschedule for tomorrow morning or Friday afternoon. She chose this morning at 9 am. I asked her if the technician would be here at 9 am sharp. She assured me that he would be. Lo and behold, 9 turned to 915 this morning and no technician showed. I checked my e-mail--they had rescheduled my appointment for between 8 and 11 this morning, which is not what we had discussed. Regardless, I elected to wait until around 11 am to contact them. At 1045, when no one had showed, I called the company via the two phone numbers that I had utilized yesterday. No one answered at either. I did some internet digging and found an alternate number that I called. Samantha answered again and told me that she would have to check on the technician's status. She called back several minutes later and said that he would be there at 1 pm. This is now four hours late for an appointment that they were already three hours late for yesterday. I told her that this, too, was unacceptable, and that I would expect someone here no later than noon today. I await her call back. At the time of this writing, I choose to see if they will even show at 1 pm. The degree of how awful this company is has reached beyond the depths of the absurd at this point. Do not employ, them ever. If you contract them via amazon services, contact amazon immediately and insist upon an alternative company that actually does what it advertises in an acceptable fashion.

I combined my feedback for the technician and the company (as a whole.) The technician that put together my treadmill was efficient and professional. I appreciated his time and efforts. I would rate him separately as excellent. As for the company, my appointment was on sunday and i was not able to reach customer over the phone. I had to send an e mail for them to respond to be and let me know how far was my technician. Once the technician arrived, he did a good job of putting the treadmill together in less than an hour.

Bed was suppose to be assembled on the 28th, The young man showed up & did a great job.
