I ordered a couch on a Friday and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday... on Tuesday afternoon I was told the couch was damaged and they will order me a new one that will be delivered the following Friday... on Friday afternoon I was told that that model was on backorder, and when I asked about the original floor model, I was told it had sold... that’s completely different from what they told me the first time they canceled delivery on me. Huge waste of time. Not an honest business.

Me and my wife were shopping for new furniture and purchased 5300 dollars worth of furniture at Ashley's furniture, Ashley's furniture promise to deliver everything on a certain day and never came through for us and wanted us to wait a month and never even told us about the wait (backorder) until we had already purchased everything. We decided to shop around and we came across furniture elegance, the staff was super friendly and didn't stalk you while you are looking around. We told Kamal (the owner) about our situation and he said if we had the our invoice he'll see what he could do for us. We came back with the invoice and he managed to save us almost two thousand dollars (2000) of our original invoice with Ashley's furniture and we managed to upgrade our bedroom set to a better more expensive bedroom set. He got us everything we purchased at Ashley's for a lot less. If you are really looking for a deal give these guys a try. They don't have the fancy furniture store with crazy overhead that drives the price up on everything to cover there cost to operate. It's a somewhat small wharehouse but that's how he's able to pass down the savings to the customers. They can get anything from any furniture shop. All you have to do is give them (Kamal) the model number and he'll be able to look it up and beat any other stores price by alot.

Spoke with the owner. 2 piece leather recliner couches, and large 5 drawer  dresser combo  under a grand. Saved $700 compaired to big box retail.

We have been looking for sectionals for months new and used . I found this place on market place. I text Kamal, he text right back told me his hours and we went to look at couch. Kamal was very helpful we bought a total different couch out of catalolouge. Great rice great experience. Free delivery within a week . I recommend to anybody.
