FRAUD ALERT !!!
We bought a cal king Mattress set of Primo International company with a sofa and another mattress set but they delivered a duplicate mattress and boxes. We brought it up with manager/owner very next day, First he said that Primo only print the company logo on samples and then he said it’s the Primo company’s mistake that they had the wrong mattress in the box. Big fat lies. So we settled for an 8” original Primo mattress instead of 10” Primo for $100 less i.e $695 with Boxes. But the mattress they delivered didn’t feel like the sample they showed and the online price of the mattress was $380 only. They didn’t replace the duplicate box and asked to call in couple of days. We complained again and this time we wanted to return the mattress and box instead of wasting more time. We returned the set but they refunded only $527 after charging 25% restocking fee. Refused to give back sales tax money that was paid on top of $675 and when we asked to return sales tax he started shouting and threatening and refused to listen and asked to get out of the store. He was super nice before we bought the stuff but very arrogant and disrespectful later on.

At first they greet you well but then the sales man gets really pushy,  
$595 + tax + delivery = I paid $700
