Lovely stuff and staff was very nice. I'm giving it a negative review because they have a NO RETURNS policy - on anything! Say the piece didn't look or fit just right in your home... most any furniture will let you exchange (for a reasonable fee of course). They wouldn't let me return a brand new, never used ottoman. Out $400. Poo on them, I won't be back!

I purchased a Jackson furniture sectional from this company, the frame for your arm collapsed, which was repaired 3 months after purchase, We discovered the arm support was nothing more then a thin piece of cardboard, it collapsed again in August 2017, and did not last more then 5 months, the frame has a lifetime warranty, the arm frame failed again. Warranty is supposed to be handled by the seller.Prior to their move they said they would take care of it, but it is now April 2018 and it is still not repaired, I would still like it repaired- but am still waiting.
