Love Furniture Row. Friendly, courteous staff always willing to help you find exactly what you need to furnish a room or entire home. They have the most unique items not found anywhere else. Would highly recommend FR and will definitely be back! Also delivery staff are great & timely.

Not so much the store, but ordering online and picking up the product. Got the product home and it was a mixed up product. Part twin bed and part bunk bed. Dealing with the people online got me nowhere. Finally called the store and explained and the clerk had me text some pics to his personal phone. He understood the problem right away. He said he would take care of it and don't worry about the online staff. He ordered the correct one and I'm waiting for it to arrive. I think he will get it right. Go with the store not the online store.

Had a problem with a defective chair. They replaced at no cost. Nice to know they stand behind there product. Between calling in for the issue and getting it resolved was within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this company. Thank You.

I can't say enough about this place! We were looking for a custom couch and this was the perfect place to get just that. Wonderful color, fabric, and sectional peices to choose from. After a month and $1800 we got our dream sectional! On time delivery as well! Thank you!!!
