Bought a incline chair for my dad and he loves it.  It gives the family piece of mind knowing he can be helped up out of the chair.  The service was excellent from inside the store as the delivery of the chair.  Thank you Furniture to Go.

Ordered a Queen Mattress & frame from a sales person there on Feb. 24.2017. Paid in full. He told me it would take 7-10 days for it to be shipped to my home. It literally took longer than that about 3 weeks almost 4 weeks. So then, I called spoke to him, and he told me he received it on the 10th day, and he said to me, "the mattress and the queen frame where beat up it wasn't good at all, so I sent it back to the company that I bought it from." From there I said in a polite way, " ok well that was very nice of you to do that. But how come I didn't get a call saying you got the shipment sent to your store without informing me and having me wait 3 long weeks?" His response was unbelievable. So I asked for my money back and went somewhere else that made me feel completely satified! & didn't keep waiting three long weeks.

Ithe customer service here is awsome...Brandon was very helpful and the day I picked up my dining table that I love I met Jim and many other family members and they were all so nice helpful and it was a pleasure to meet talk and do business with them. Thank you!
