Shabby, super crowded with items and was not impressed with the merchandise. The layout of the store is done in such a way as to make it impossible to leave without going past their service desk. In other words it felt like running a tight maze. Really need to re  do the layout. Waited 15 minutes with only one other person in the store who was going through books of furniture. Manager didn't answer my friends pricing questions after she asked twice regarding an item. I had heard good things about this place but was really disappointed. Kind of place people go to buy cheap furniture with a tax refund.

Furniture is definitely outdated. Sofas, bed frames tables, chairs. Prices don't seem to reflect them. Way overpriced. We just went to ashleys furniture for about the same price and for more modern... helpful staff though!

Well bought Ashley sofa and couch. Was told had a year warrwnty on coushions and 10 years on frame. Coushions going flat and leather peeling they said ok well replace gotten 1 coushion in 4 months because "ashley only sends them that way".....hmmmm b.s. Then they said Ashley looked at our couch they came and took for a week and said nothing was wrong with our frame. They will not warranty your purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....
