Fusion Fitness rocks! It's the only total body workout I've ever become obsessed with the moment I took my first class 3 years ago! All of the instructors are so AMAZING at keeping you motivated, focused and best of all positive! Each class is different and the moves are intentional for cardio, toning and lengthening your muscles. I am so thankful to have Fusion in KC!

Love Fusion!  Instructors are highly knowledgeable and super motivating.  Workouts are very challenging, but can be modified to any fitness level.  Great music, fun environment, and welcoming atmosphere!

I've lived all over the US and the instructors at Fusion Fitness are the hardest and best instructors I've worked out with.  Fusion delivers a challenging workout to great music every single day!  If your ready to work hard...this is your place!!!

Fantastic instructors, killer moves, positive vibes, awesome music – Fusion classes are always different, yet consistent in their delivery of an amazing workout. It’s been years since I first started, but I still look forward to going and come out feeling better than before!

This is by far the toughest workout in KC!  The instructors are amazing and I love the friendly and energetic vibe the second I walk through the door!
