I can't say enough great things about this gym!! The workouts are intense, varied and never boring! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable. Each class feels like you have a one-on-one personal trainer by your side! From the quality of the music system to the top-notch equipment, there is no other place I've ever worked out at that rivals this gym. Not to mention, I've never been this strong and fit in my life! Thanks to Fusion, I can finally fit into my skinny jeans!!

Awesome fitness program. Total body, never boring, always packs a punch. One of the most impressive things about the classes is that virtually every fitness level can work out side by side, complete the work out and get a lot out of it. My only complaint is it's not nationwide, but every time I'm in the D, I hit it.

Fusion is the best fitness studio I have been to! I go to Fusion knowing I am going to get an excellent workout every time. The studio is clean and beautifully designed, and the coaches care about you. The music is awesome and fuels a high intensity workout.

Fusion is a great place to work out with a very clean environment, well-kept facility, and nice brand-name equipment. My class of choice is Warrior Training on Saturday which delivers the as-advertised high-intensity, well-rounded workout that really works the full body. Once it starts, time usually goes by quickly with the different intervals so you get a great workout without having to think about what exercises to do...the owners/trainers take care of that for you. They do a really good job of coming up with different exercises so it's not the same thing week-in and week-out.

What an intense, effective workout! Not being a strong runner, I feel like the shorter bursts of sprinting increase my endurance and strength.
