I injured my shoulder, specifically my AC (acromioclavicular) joint. I got an X ray and when I found that no bones were broken, I got my doc. to prescribe Physical Therapy. My whole shoulder was black and blue, and I had pain and my range of motion was restricted. Mike Willett and his team at Pelican Sports & Rehab did a great job for me. I realize that Mother Nature does the healing, but a good physical therapist is invaluable in maximizing the efficiency of the healing process, and prescribing just the right exercises at just the right time to strengthen the involved muscles. I can recommend Pelican Sports & Rehab without reservation. Well done!
