Staff at the location very nice. Facilities clean. Hard to reach a person if you call them. Only beef is that they invite members to their summer camp on Lake Allatoona to use the SUPs on Fridays. Somebody had the bright idea to put speakers blaring bar music over the lake cove. Ruins the entire experience. Can't have a conversation it's so loud. Very unsafe  - if you had an emergency nobody could hear somebody call for help. When asked to turn it down they promptly refuse, look at you like you have two heads and invite you to leave... and oh, not without trying to minimize you saying you're the "only one that has ever complained... some people ask us to turn it up..." (Like staff maybe???). What an immature cheap shot. What part of "sunset paddle" sends images of loud obnoxious bar music? AND was actually told that they WANT the entire lake to hear it. VERY UNSAFE!!!!  If people want to hear music they can bring ear buds. YMCA should call it "Staff' end of the week party paddle" and serve mixed cocktails with little umbrellas. Withdrawing all sponsorship for this camp.

My first day someone stole 100$ out of my gym bag. Nothing anyone could do but file a claim-no one ever contacted me back.
2nd week the pool was closed for over a week. The pool was the reason why we got a membership. 
Today I tried to move a payment because a family emergency happened and the front desk girl said  she was going to transfer me to Pam who could "deal with it". Needless to say Pams voicemail did nothing 🤷‍♀️

The only people that cared were the young adults who took care of kid zone. I will never use a ymca.

Great staff and facilities at a very fair price.  Love the activities available for families.

I gave Mary at the front desk a hard time about their day pass policy and she handled it gracefully. I still think it's strange to ask for ID and only offer one day a year free, rather than to have a day pass you can pay for without the Y keeping a copy of your Driver's license.
