I'm captivated by the human body and have spent my entire adult life, through education and personal practice, expanding my understanding of the anatomical, physiological, biomechanical, biochemical and psychological aspects of the human experience. I'm truly passionate about improving people's lives and believe fulfillment for all of us derives from a strong, well balanced and healthy body.
Why Kettlebells?
Research has shown that kettlebell training significantly increases strength, power, speed, endurance, aerobic capacity (aka “cardio”) and flexibility, all of which are essential to superior athletic performance and general health. Kettlebell training under the supervision of qualified professional instructors can also aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Kettlebell movements work every part of the body following natural and functional movement patterns. Best of all, kettlebell training allows one to get a whole lot of work done quickly and efficiently!
