Avoid this business if possible. I purchased a new heat/air unit a few years ago. I was told it had a warranty. What they don't tell you is it only "covers" parts. That too is a lie. They charged me $140 to come out and repair a capacitor saying that was the labor cost. The capacitor cost $20 and it takes 15 minutes to install. My bill covered the entire process, plus some, I'm sure. Then when I couldn't afford the bill, they threatened to send it to collections. I paid it off over several months and during that time thought I might need a warranty repair on the warrantied unit. They told me my account was closed and they couldn't repair the unit (despite it being under warranty) I paid my bill off and ended up having another company look at the unit. I will never buy another unit (or anything) from this crooked company and recommend no one else does either.

What a great team! They came out and went the extra mile for my wife and our family. I was not in town, but G+S is a company I have trusted and have used before. The tech was very informative, explained to my wife what was being done and why it was being done. The bill was very reasonable and I would have paid more because the service was superior to other companies I have used in the past. I will continue to use G+S in the future! Thank you for your knowledgeable council and FANTASTIC service.

Excellent service, excellent prices. I've recently decided to choose this company for all my AC/Heating needs ever since my mother in-law decided to give them a try. They seem to take pleasure in being upfront, honest, and going the extra mile to make their customer's happy.

I recently purchased and had an AC unit and comfort zoning installed. I can't say enough great things about the team! I work in customer service and expect excellence when I'm the one making the purchase. I had a couple of different companies come out and give me quotes. G & S pricing was very competitive, but it was the customer service that sold me. Fred came out to give me my quote. He did an initial consultation to find what I was looking for and determine what I needed. Then he broke it all down and explained every detail to me. He took time to answer all of my questions, even when I called him after he left!. From scheduling the consultation to installing the unit, their process was so easy and friendly. They paid attention to the details, even laying paper down to cover my floors from the front door all the way upstairs to the attic, so they didn't track anything in on my floor. My mother was so impressed with what she witnessed during the install and from speaking with Fred, that she has chosen to switch over her HCAC service plan to them. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Just saw them the other day for my biannual maintenance visit. Thorough and timely! Looked at both the heater and air conditioning units, cleaned, changed filter, washed down the coils, inspected everything. The techs are friendly and professional, and even spend a few minutes educating me on things I need to know. Office staff is is very professional and helpful too!
