Mike and Manny came in, installed a modern HVAC (Replaced an old oil furnace with a heat pump and electric furnace with a high end air cleaner) in under two days. They were fast, professional, polite, cleaned up their messes, answered a MILLION of my questions and even chatted with my toddler. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with also. I'll happily recommend G&S to anybody.

It is a local company have been in Everett for a long time. Services contracted by Costco and which means this company is trustful and reliable. The whole process took 3 days. First day, a sale rep came and did the measurement and estimate for a quote. Took him an hour, very detailed. Second day, another technician came and did a complete home measurement again to ensure the installation went smooth. The last day, 4 technicians came and finished the job in less than 8 hours. Friendly staffs and quality workmanship. Very satisfied.

I See their trucks everywhere and I called to get some ducting repair. The lady named Shasta told me they don't do duct repair this time of the year??. I suggest this business at least provides services they advertise for. I'm in no hurry I can wait till next their slow season for the repair I need, but she was quick to tell me they're too busy right now. They failed to hear my situation and quickly determined that they did not want to help me. She told me they are too busy doing installs. I need ducting installed I did not understand the logic in her comments and was not a good experience will not be using this company. Update: got call back and some clarification. My review is going from 1 star to 3 now .

Friendly people and have provided reasonable service over the years, however I received annual maintenance on my HVAC system earlier this week. They claimed that the dual capacitor and the compressor motor on my AC unit were dead and needed replacing. They asked for $1,000 to replace them. I then called my home warranty company and they sent out a different company (Economic Heating and Air Conditioning) to perform an inspection. Economic found that a wire to the capacitor had been obviously broken and after replacing the connector, the capacitor and the motor were both working fine. I'll give G&S the benefit of the doubt that their technician just made a mistake rather than attempting to fleece me, but either way they've lost me as a customer.

Professional and courteous. Have used G & S for a new furnace install and new air conditioner at different times. Both their sales and technical teams run you through the process in detail and work with you to make sure it's to your liking. I have been and will continue to recommend G & S for installs and servicing.
