unbelievably unprofessional.  
Cancelled our account with no notification by claiming it was a will call account when we were with them for over 2 years and never had to call before.  They did a bad job with a service call, then fixed it, and wanted me to pay for the more expensive call.  When i questioned this, they simply cancelled my delivery with no notification in the winter time and left me, my 4 kids and my wife with no fuel!  NO HEAT---no hot water, no cooking...

forced me to pay the bill or they would not deliver.

The owner John is a bully and a liar
