My heat pump had stopped working and I called GAC (at which time I did not have a service agreement). They offered to come out the very next day, but due to scheduling issues, I asked them to come two days later. I was given the time frame 12-3 and was pleasantly surprised when the two technicians showed up around 12:30. (Normally, when I'm given a time frame with other service providers, I do not receive such prompt service). Both technicians arrived and were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Edmond Ho and the other gentlemen (whose name escapes me) were diligient, knowledgeable and proficient. I might note they came out on the worst weather day of the year (the day with extremely high winds and was cold) but despite that, they did their job with the highest degree of professionalism. I have used other AC/Heating companies and became disillusioned after they were always advising me to replace expensive equipment when in fact, all that was needed were repairs. I was so grateful that they fixed the problem and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I promptly signed up for a service agreement and can't say enough about how well these two technicians did their jobs. I will definitely ask for Edmond the next time I need AC/Heating assistance. I think these two gentlemen deserve a bonus as they are above and beyond most in their field.

We purchased an Electrostatic Air cleaner with our full system. Knowing the filters were not going to be inexpensive. The filters come 2 to a package. I called GAC to order new filters. They are charging me $118.00 for 1 filter. You can order the filters directly from Bryant, $149.00 for 2 filters- delivered. That mark up is ridiculous. You are supposed to take care of your customers. Not take advantage of them.

I had two of your employees visit my home in the last two days and my wife and I are very pleased with the service we received. We have only been in our new home for a few months and we were having trouble with regulating the heat on multiple floors of the house. GAC Services installed our furnace so we contacted you figuring your company would know best how to troubleshoot for us. Eric Nicholson came out on 1/3 and took a look at the system for us and to answer our questions. He was very helpful and was able to help identify the root of the issue we were having, but said a technician would be better to actually make adjustments and offered to send someone out. He then went to his vehicle, called a technician, and then called us to ask if the next day was fine to send the technician out. That has never happened to me before. Usually you're told to call and make an appointment, or you get a call back in a few days then have to make an appointment later on down the road. This was immediate, with no middleman. On 1/4 the technician, Randy (I did not get his last name), came out and looked at the thermostat, made some adjustments, checked airflow at all of the vents and answered all of my questions. He showed me how to adjust the dampers, how the furnace worked, and what settings were ideal for the system we have. The heat is now more evenly dispersed throughout our home. Rarely do you receive the kind of service with a smile that we got from Eric and Randy and my wife and I want to make sure that they receive recognition for that. You have new heating and cooling customers for life because of the service they provided us. Please thank them for us and we look forward to doing business with your company in the future. We have been using GAC services for about two years. Their customer service is top notch. Each and every service representative who has come to our home for regular maintenance or for a service call has been more than knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I highly recommend them!

One of the best customer service experiences I've received from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, Gary the technician showed up promptly. Can't say enough about Gary. Super knowledgeable, made sure I understood all aspects of my furnace/humidifier and tuned up my system for a reasonable price. I will be a lifelong customer thanks to this initial service.
