I am a first time partial patient. Never had a partial before. Set up appointment, went in, took xray, in the chair, dentist came in, took 10 second look, asked me what I wanted I said cast metal partial told the dental assistant to set it up. He walked out. No questions answered nothing. I asked about quality of work, guarantee of work, warranty of work, something,... dental assistant couldn't answer nothing, at all. He came in mad, short and rude. I explained I was new to this and had questons, he said I wouldn't be happy with partials, he was obviously mad, hand in pocket talking over me I left. Didn't want me to ask about the partials, the quality, warranty, nothing. Just wanted me to sign here, pay and order the partials from him, I just don't work like that and I would not recommend this man to anyone.
