Thinking I would just have to deal with the transmission issues of my Ford Focus for the rest of my life... I was happy to learn of a Class Action Settlement for the exact issues! From start to finish, Todd explained the entire settlement process with me. The entire firm was ALWAYS courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to communicate and follow up with me. 

Todd was very realistic about how much money I could recover, and explained to me his fees upfront. My settlement was much more than we had expected, but just goes to show his desire to negotiate a fair and honest settlement. I absolutely  recommend Gadtke Law firm to anyone with a Lemon vehicle or dealing with a Class Action Suit!

After finding myself in a predicament that I never thought I would have to go through, I contacted Gadtke Law Firm to discuss a possible lemon law case. I first met with Todd, he explained the law and informed me what my rights were. I didn’t feel any pressure to hire his firm to take my case. Dan was the one that ended up taking the case. Dan knows the law very well. He looks out for his client’s best interest as well. I think it’s a rare occasion that a lemon laws case goes extremely smooth, mine certainly was not one of those cases. Having Dan and his knowledge on my side gave me piece of mind that things would work out in the end for me.
