I've been to so many gyms through the years. Gage is simply the best. The trainers and group training format keep me motivated and I look forward to going every day! I've made some of my best friends in the last two years here. I'm stronger, fitter and happier than I have been in so long. I'm a busy, working mom and Gage totally works with my schedule. My boys even look forward to coming to the gym with me when they have to! I can't recommend this place enough.

I have been a member at Gage Strength Training for 4 years. It has been the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a person that joins a gym, gets uncomfortable and doesn't find time to return. Not here. The trainers, and staff are warm, but they challenge you to put forth your best. The other members are supportive and welcoming from the minute you enter. This place has become a family and I love it!

I had never belonged to a gym before GST. I think I was waiting for the perfect place and found it here!  Very knowledgeable and supportive coaches and owner. Challenging workouts, never the same thing twice. Group classes morning, noon, and night to fit your schedule. Atmosphere at the gym is friendly and supportive.

Gage is an amazing place and the best gym I've ever been to! I never have liked to work out but Gage has completely changed my mindset. Devin, Chris and staff are so hands on, and really care about each member's journey. They will do anything to help, before, during (I always ask for weight suggestions) and after working out. From weekly Facebook posts, to emails just checking in, they go above and beyond to help everyone reach their goals.  Devin has created such a great community atmosphere that makes working out fun, encouraging and easy going. I've seen real results the last 6 months and would highly recommend anyone to start working out at Gage.

GST is the type of gym that you walk into and never want to leave. I've been with this gym for over 3 years. Even after moving out of town, I come back whenever I get the chance. The trainers will adapt their program to fit any need that you may have in order to help you achieve the goals that you have. This gym offers one of the most positive exercising experiences that I have ever had. The entire gym community believes that you CAN do anything you put your mind to and will help you in any way to get you where you want to be. This gym is the best around and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for an enjoyable experience while being fit and healthy.
