It was the best experience of being a customer with gala travels and specially with team member Tanweer. He was polite, cooperative and helped me find the best solution. The best thing was, he always kept in touch updating me about different options. I literally did not have to worry about anything. 100% customer satisfaction. Best service provided by agent tanweer. Thanks a lot for making my travelling easy.

I booked my tickets few times and their service is good. I had an emergency and I need to speak to some one after office hours, they promptly returned my call (Karamath Khan did excellent service). it is really appreciated.

If you are planning a trip "Mr. Tanweer" is your go to person. He was very professional and always available with great advice while planning my trip to my home town . I will be passing this experience and  his contact information to a lot of my friends . I can say you will be worry free when he is at work .Best part - You can ask any number of questions you like till you are relaxed and happy .Highly recommended !
