Pizza is amazing here I absolutely loved it! The cheesesteaks are really good as well! The fries are perfect they were well done just like I asked!  Here’s the best part the seafood here is really good!! I had a snow cluster with 6 shrimp and it was amazing.  I definitely will keep coming back to see what else is good. Thanks guys.

We ordered a Hawaian delight jumbo pie, literally we counted the pieces of pineapple and were 12 pieces, and the ham was only 10 pieces. Basically was a plain pie! Waste of money with all respect

I have moved 3 times in the area but I have always remained a loyal customer to Galaxy because I loved their pizza. I always get it with extra sauce and extra cheese. The last 2 times I ordered, my pizza was terrible. Neither of the last 2 small pies had extra sauce and this evening’s is also missing the extra cheese see pics, I’ve lifted the cheese on some to show the sauce contents. The first time I called, I was told someone would call back. No one called. My husband called later that night and was told we could have a $6 credit I paid $11 + tax, delivery, and tip and we didn’t want a credit, we just wanted the pizza made correctly the original was uneaten in my fridge ready to go back. The man on the phone agreed but said we’d have to pay delivery charge again. We paid an additional $3 delivery charge and $3 tip to have a pizza we already paid for made correctly and delivered again. That pizza was good but I didn’t like that we had to pay any extra cost for improperly made food.  I take a chance and have my husband pickup a pizza tonight with extra cheese and extra sauce. It has neither. It’s just a plain small pie and way too dry for me. My husband called and a man answered saying they were closed, my husband interjected and explained that our pizza had neither extra cheese or extra sauce. The man disagreed. He said he knows because he remembers the guy making it again, please see pictures. My husband exhausted bc why would we even call, said “Fine” and just hung up. This isn’t extra anything and I’m so tired of places I’ve been loyal to treating customers this way. Does the gentleman think we want to go to the trouble of returning one and picking up another pizza? That we even feel like calling back? Of course not! We just want to eat our pizza and we’d like to get what we paid for. Here I have an uneaten pizza that I would gladly return for one that was made correctly but we weren’t even offered that. Basically, my husband was told he wasn’t seeing or tasting what was clearly in front of us. Well, you decide, Galaxy! Is this what you call extra sauce? And why can’t I get what I paid for? You’ve lost a loyal customer because you haven’t handled this situation well. My pizza this evening is dry and terrible. What a bummer!

This Is a horrible small double pepperoni pizza!!!  What do you all think looking at this picture? ? My wife ate 2 slices before I got a chance to Take a picture, but, she waited until i saw the whole pizza  The eight slices are not evenly sliced  When I cannot the number of pepperoni slices on this pizza? There were a total of 20 Pepperoni slices. I paid for a double pepperoni pizza.!!!!  When I called to complain The only thing that could suggest was given me credit for a single topping for a future order period  I highly doubt that they have something that records anything like this to have as active memory for them to see it when an order is placed  Second issue deals with the use of a debit card... Federal laws will tell you that debit cards are not supposed to be charged fees as they are not credit cards in transaction. Yet they ran My card has a credit card and not a debit card. I'm beginning to take names of restaurants and their phone numbers and beginning to lodge comagainst these institutions that do not know the fees for debit cards. Versus the fees for credit card transactions.

Their pizza is delicious and I always order from here. I did just notice that their prices on the menus they are giving out do not match the totals given over the phone. I ordered 2 items and when the girl on the phone told me my order was over $20 I was puzzled but didn’t catch it at first so I called back. When I called back I asked how much my items were and they did not match the menu I just received from them the other day. I was then told to take in to account delivery and taxes. I also did not get a receipt with my delivery like usually….Just an FYI update your menus because the prices are off by a couple dollars apparently.

So why are you on Uber eats 2.3 miles cottman to Frankford Ave and give a deal if apparently my address is out of the delivery range? Makes no sense.Service: 1/5

I order the lunch specials for myself and my husband and our food was amazing. It was prepared just how I ordered and expected it. Their French fries are amazing and the steaks and salads I would order all the time. We will definitely be going back. They were also clean and professional every time I picked my food up.  Parking: There is a ton of street parking on cottman and the side block where galaxy pizza is located.

Their Pizza is the best. I get every size but the XL just hits different, soo good!Food: 5/5

I would recommend Galaxy Pizza to anyone who wants really good food at a great price. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Whether you are picking up or having it delivered,  the food is always hot and fresh and done in a timely Manner. Me and my Son Vinny Love Galaxy Pizza!!!Food: 5/5
