No real complaints other than that it can get pretty hot in the theatre when there's a crowd there for a matinee.

Decent theater, lots of movies and times to choose from. Seems like a hang out for kids and teens. There's been police presence of some kind, a car outside or an officer inside, the two times I've gone to the theater. Basic, American theater. Sometimes they play throwback movies.

Not sure I've ever had such a bad experience at any movie theater. After looking forward to seeing "It" for quite a while and being carded to buy the tickets (I'm 39), we ended up with five unsupervised twelve year olds behind us making noise and kicking our seats the entire time. On the way out a couple of different parents had even brought their five and six year olds in. I'm sorry, but why are we carding people again? If you're going to charge this much for movies and snacks, at least give people a nice experience for their money.

I went for a 4:45 movie. Showed up 5 minutes early (it was a kid movie so i knew it wouldn't be packed) I STOOD IN LINE FOR 10 MINUTES. The manager stood behind the counter while two employees rang people up. As the line got shorter, he then left from behind the counter and went to open the from ticket area. I couldn't understand for the life of me, why the manager would stand there watching a line and not even apologize for the wait.... I understand if the front area doesn't open until a certain time, but it would still be a great idea to at least acknowledge the fact ur taking a while and someone would tend to my needs momentarily..... I'm just sayin.....
