Story

Gallery 30 is defined by a desire to empower a dynamic group of emerging and seasoned independent artists. Our wide selection features original paintings, fine art photography, Pennsylvania German Fraktur art, handmade pottery, hand carved wood, historically inspired bed and table linens, finely crafted toys, artisan jewelry, ladies’ accessories, locally grown and handcrafted gourds and much, much more!

An artistic and literary landmark for over 36 years, Gallery 30’s long history is as interesting as its wondrous collection of beautiful artisan fine crafts and artwork. Current owner and Pennsylvania native Linda Atiyeh has owned Gallery 30 since 2007. Her love of the arts, eye for detail and selective taste have guided Gallery 30’s most recent evolution - including transforming Gallery 30 from a small gallery and bookstore into the truly extraordinary place that it is today. Under Linda’s direction, Gallery 30 expanded from its original location at 30 York Street (3,000 square feet) to a beautiful 9,000-square-foot space at 26 York Street. Already a recipient of several Historic Preservation Awards for her restoration of historic properties and storefronts in Gettysburg, Linda Atiyeh spent much of 2012 lovingly restoring the historic building that would become Gallery 30’s new home in spring 2013.

Today, owner Linda Atiyeh collaborates closely with the creative team at Gallery 30 to hand pick artisan products that are wonderfully designed to bring joy to life! Each one of the artisan crafts and works of art that you will find at Gallery 30 has been thoughtfully selected for its beauty, creativity and craftsmanship. Located in the heart of downtown Gettysburg, Gallery 30 also embraces the Main Street Movement. We are very proud that the majority of our products are handmade in the USA, and you can trust that with your purchase you are not only taking home a beautiful work of art but also supporting an independent artist and helping Gallery 30 continue to provide high quality, American workmanship in today’s marketplace.

In addition, Gallery 30 was voted the “#1 Place to Shop in Gettysburg” by USA Today’s 10 Best List. Locally, the readers of The Gettysburg Times recently voted Gallery 30 “Pick of the County” Winner for Best Art Gallery in Adams County.
