Excellent customer service. I recently went in to purchase a couch and the staff made me feel very welcomed and encouraged me to feel at home. Staff pointed me in the right direction with different types of couches and sectionals and pricing. The staff doesn't follow you like a hawk, but they never stray too far away in case you have questions. I ended up buying a sectional in the afternoon and was able to have it delivered that evening. The delivery guys called me to give me an accurate time for delivery. The delivery guys were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. Gallery furniture is definitely the only place I will buy my furniture from now on.

I really liked how they let us roam the store by ourselves and search for what we wanted. I liked how courteous they were and refreshments were offered at the door. Loved the birds they had indoors and outdoors. It was very awesome since I absolutely love birds to be able to chat with them and almost have them walk onto my forearm, but I obeyed the signs to not feed or touch because they will bite. This is our second purchase at this store and will keep doing so in the future. The delivery men were awesome and I truly thank all of you for such an easy process once again.

We had a very positive experience. The salespeople were very personable and not pushy. They gave us time to make a decision and seemed to really care that we left with the furniture we needed and wanted.  The store could be considered a family outing. There are animals, a jumping area and a playground for the kids. They offer water, cake, fruit and lots of candy.  It seems they took great pains to keep the kids buzy so parents can shop. A fun place to shop.

The delivery guys from GF were great. Roger and JD were quick to handle issues I had with a pair of the chairs. Got Henry on the phone who came up with a solution. Even got new chairs brought out the same day. Don't remember the name of the guy who brought me the replacement chairs. He was very courteous, too. I was not at all happy with how my salesman had handled my questions while I waited for my order fulfillment. But the delivery  guys more than made up for it with their excellent problem resolution/customer service oriented mind set. I now have a very cool Jack Daniels dining set that I can hand down for generations. I am very, very happy.

We had the BEST experience yesterday there. Our sales person Fabian was WONDERFUL! We have been searching for furniture since Sept and he made it so quick and so pleasurable. He took the guess work out for us. He actually took the time to introduce us to the designer of the furniture we were looking at. Both him and the designer (Michael at United Leather) sat down with us and we chose every step of the making process. Leather, fabric, depth, and length etc. I'm so grateful for our experience. ❤️😍
