Arrived at 7:15. They weren't busy. We were seated quickly, but the server waited 10 minutes then just walked up and asked if we were ready to order. Didn't ask about drinks or appetizers first. Then I asked for the mushroom ravioli and she said they were out. Two others asked for spaghetti and meatballs. Three minutes later she comes up and tells us they are out of meatballs! How does that happen? I did something I've never done; called another restaurant, got up and walked out.

Wife and I went for dinner arrived at 8:25 pm was told we need to take out only as closing at 9pm but while waiting for food they allowed new diners to be seated and then served them? Not sure  what's up with that also the red pasta sauce which is always delicious was very overpowering with pepper and or spices (was hard to eat much of it, it's always so good).

We have been customers for many years but if that is the new red sauce recipe we won't be going back again or at least order the red again? Hopefully it was just a one time deal and not a permanent recipe, as we've always enjoyed the food and is a nice place to dine.

Salmon chowder was very good, service was very good.  The main dish and Caesar salad was good and moderately priced.  It is definitely worth giving a try.

The food here is good especially for a neighborhood place.  In fact I come here often it is convenient.  However,  I will say the service is always very spotty. There is no organization to who had what tables and the free for all crates bad service. Example,  I waited 5 minutes before anyone even came over to the table to even offer me something to drink.  I know because I set the timer.  I will still come back even knowing the service is very spotty. Just like I still go Wal-Mart knowing what I am getting into even before I walk in the door.

This was an amazing place, I was surprised by everything, home made butter, salad dressing, cream under cheese on the cheese bread, salmon bacon chowder. I'm very impressed they go the extra mile!
