I have lived here for over a year, everything was great when I first moved in. However things have taken a turn for the worst since the fall. Submitting work orders and having them actually be completed, without having to submit them multiple times and call to complain is a joke. I have had to submit the same work orders multiple times before things get fixed, if they get fixed at all. There are drug addicts and homeless people that sleep in, bathe, hang out in the apartment building laundry rooms at all hours of the day and night. There have been at least a dozen times where I've had to ask homeless people to leave while they have been sleeping on the floor in the laundry room. We have caught people shooting up heroin, and found tons of drug paraphernalia in the laundry room constantly. This has been an on going issue since the fall where myself and multiple other residents have complained to the office about putting locks on all exterior doors for the safety of the residents. This still has not happened. Along with the fact that there are homeless people, there are CONSTANTLY door to door salesman that come and knock on your door frequently. They become very pushy when you tell them that you're not interested in what they are selling. All of this could be avoided if the residents peace of mind and safety was a priority for the complex. There is graffiti on our fencing around the dumpster by my building, along with graffiti all over the mailboxes. I have asked the apartment complex to remove this since October, and it is still there. The apartments themselves are nice, but dealing with homeless drug addicts around my home is not something I would like to continue to deal with. Especially with the fact that there are young kids that live here as well.

Car broken into, homless people hang out inside washroom all day and night, people come periodically turn your door knob to i guess to check if u left your door unlocked. Other than that an Ok place.

I had taken a tour of two of their one bedroom apartments a few days ago. Kelly was informative and thorough in the touring process. The staff as whole was very welcoming and kind to me and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Its getting bad when you come home from working 2 jobs and you can't get a parking space by where you live in your building. Nice place to live but parking sucks. Maybe there should be assigned parking spots, that would stop the tenants fussing at each other. We need some motorcycle parking too. Now requested.

I'm renewing my lease because the staff is friendly, but the community is the best I've lived around. The location is great. They also listen to your ideas on how to make things better.
